I’m Sam. an artist ,from Co Cavan Ireland. I make small-batch ceramic mugs inspired by animals, nature and the quiet of everyday life.

Every piece is wheel-thrown, glazed, and hand-painted by me. They're designed to feel calm, grounded, and a little playful.

I work in stoneware - not to chase perfection, but to make objects with presence. It's my hope that it's the kind of mug you instinctively reach for each time you want that pick me up.

My style, if it can be called that, blends the grounded and the playful. A pared-back surface. A soft band of colour. A cheeky chilled out animal with bold black lines. I like to think its just enough to carry a little warmth.

These are pieces to live with. To use daily. To enjoy quietly.
